Upaya Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja pada saat Bongkar Muat di Kapal MV. DK 03

Abstract

Work safety is a program created by workers and employers to prevent work accidents by recognizing things that have the potential to cause work accidents and taking anticipatory action if work accidents occur. The goal is to create a safe workplace so that the risk of accidents can be reduced as low as possible. The problem formulated in this research is efforts to prevent work accidents during loading and unloading at MV DK03. The research was carried out during a 12 month sea practice period on the ship where the author carried out sea work practicesThe theories used in this research are human resource management theories related to safety. The method is carried out intensively, researchers participate for a long time in the field. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. In this research it can be concluded that the research wants to create a safe workplace and reduce the risk of work accidents during loading and unloading. Suggestions that can be given so that efforts to prevent accidents during the loading and unloading process run smoothly are implementing programs that have been created by the company so that accidents.
